Giga Computing Joins OCP APAC to Unveil New OCP Solutions Including one for the AMD Instinct™ MI350X GPU
August 5, 2025 – Giga Computing, an industry leader in accelerated computing servers and advanced cooling technologies, today announced participation in the first ever OCP APAC Summit. At GIGABYTE booth #S01, Giga Computing will highlight a broad portfolio of OCP-based solutions, including three newly launched solutions designed to meet the growing demands of modern data centers.
Among the featured innovations is the GIGABYTE TO86-ZX1-AA03, a high-performance, accelerated computing server that integrates AMD CPUs & GPUs. Complementing the flagship system are two flexible compute nodes, the GIGABYTE TO25-ZU4 and TO25-ZU5, both supporting AMD CPUs and offering versatile networking and storage options.
The booth will also showcase Giga Computing’s advanced solutions for air and liquid-cooling, immersion cooling, and AI acceleration. Together, these solutions underscore Giga Computing’s commitment to driving open computing standards and promoting sustainability in next-gen data centers.
High-performance AMD AI Platform: TO86-ZX1-AA03
The TO86 Series is an 8OU air-cooled GPU platform built on ORV3 architecture, designed for generative AI and HPC. It supports the latest AMD Instinct™ MI350X GPU & dual AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processors, and is equipped with twelve PCIe Gen5 expansion slots and twenty-four memory slots to deliver stable performance and scalability for high-performance computing using AMD Pensando™ Pollara 400 AI NIC.
The AMD Instinct™ MI350X leverages the AMD CDNA™ 4 architecture and supports multiple precision formats including FP16/BF16, FP32, and INT4 for highly energy-efficient performance. Combined with high speed HBM3E memory and flexible I/O, it can effectively handle large scale AI models. Together with dual AMD EPYC™ 9005 processors, it provides a unified platform integrating compute power and an open-source software stack, simplifying deployment, reducing power consumption, and optimizing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). The TO86-ZX1-AA03 also fully supports the AMD ROCm™ software platform, enabling developers to integrate open source tools and frameworks for AI workloads, high-performance computing, and multi GPU scaling.
New OCP Compute Nodes for Deployment Flexibility
The GIGABYTE TO25-ZU4 and TO25-ZU5 are Giga Computing’s latest 2OU compute nodes powered by a single-socket AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processor. They have 2-4 Gen4 expansion slots for add-in cards and support E1.S & 2.5” Gen5 NVMe drives, offering diverse PCIe expansion options suitable for cloud, edge, and general-purpose workloads. Both models are meant to be deployed with dual-node trays, balancing density with operational efficiency.
Diverse Liquid-Cooling Solutions Demonstrate Open Collaborations
Addressing the growing challenges of thermal management and sustainability, Giga Computing has multiple OCP ORV3-compliant servers supporting direct liquid cooling (DLC), covering both high-performance and storage applications.
Additionally, Giga Computing partnered with Submer, an immersion-cooling leader, to present an OCP ORV3-compliant single-phase immersion cooling tank housing three GIGABYTE 1OU servers. The TO15-S40 and TO15-S41 each support up to four dual-slot Gen5 GPUs and dual Intel® Xeon® processors, meeting the demands of high-density AI training and inference, while the TO15-Z40 has similar GPU support but for the AMD EPYC™ platform.
Comprehensive Infrastructure with UfiSpace
The booth also features a collaboration with UfiSpace, a leading network solutions provider, presenting a complete open infrastructure spanning servers, storage, switches, and cooling technologies. This embodies the OCP philosophy, delivering more efficient and sustainable deployment solutions for data centers.
Join us on August 5-6 at GIGABYTE booth #S01 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center during the OCP APAC Summit to explore next-gen OCP solutions with Giga Computing and co-create a future of high-performance, modular, and sustainable data centers.
